1. Something To Talk About (1995)
The star cast includes Dennis Quaid and Kyra Sedgwick apart from Roberts and the movie is about infidelity, love, horses and family relationships. Gena Rowlands as the mother of Roberts and Sedgwick and Robert Duvall as their father gave memorable performances. The interesting thing is that the father favors his horses before the happiness of his daughters. Overall an enjoyable movie!
Performance Review
Julia Roberts has a central role of a character that is a mixed bag. In a couple of scenes, the actress keeps your eyes glued to the screen with her superb acting. Her comic timing is fairly impressive especially when in a confused state she tries to indulge in revenge sex with an attractive stranger.
